Question...if this is a clan that puts their differences aside, why is rule number one that you must be female? If differences don't matter, what exclude a different sex?

The statement about putting differences aside is meant to be an open call to ladies of varying ages nationalities lifestyles etc. we are looking for ladies with good attitudes who can be patient and cooperative.
