All I know is, tons of xbox 360 players bought a ps4 but hardly any ps3 players bought a xbox 1.
PS4 sold 13 million in 2014
Xbox 1 sold 7.35 million 2014

Actually Bungie was already an automatic friend to the xbox community cause of Halo fan... but this was not the same for the playstation... so they give exclusive to ps to sell more copy over all console.
