Praetorian Foil. Why does no one use it? Will you use it comw HoW?
Seriously, Glass Half Full and Reactive Reload on a Fusion Rifle? That seems like a gdlk roll. Constant bonus damage on top of the RIDICULOUSLY high impact. I know the charge speed is bad but it has accelerated coils to boost it a bit.
Is it because its a rare drop (just got mine last night after months of hard raid)? Is there something I'm missing?
EDIT: now its going to be updated to 365 attack. This weapon is going to wreck shit lol. Who's going to use it again?

I would use it but, on atheon I use a primary with oracle disruptor so I can use icebreaker on atheon and on Templar it's the same and for oracles I stay up and snipe do that's why I don't use it but it is maxed out.
