Why is Red Hand IX good?
Just wondering what makes this handcannon special.

Edited by Afawafa: 5/11/2015 1:36:51 AMHighest aim assist and stability out of the legendaries makes it good at shorter mid ranges, but it has the 2nd worst range out of the handcannons so it isn't too proficient at longer ranges. Other than that it's pretty much the same as the others as all the legendary handcannons pull from the same perk pool.
