Bump. I'm tired of this lazy, cop-out bullshit of "you need a premade team". Matchmaking wouldn't remove premade teams. It would just allow people like me the opportunity to play end-game content. I work 50 hours a week. I have four animals and a house to care for. Only one of my friends has a 360, and he's got a crap connection. I don't have time to make friends online. I shouldn't have to choose between finding random people on a 3rd party website or being locked out of end-game content.
