Prepare for May 19th, do yourself a favor and...
...don't get mad when the servers crash and you can't play until the 20th or later. Every game has issues on the first or second day of a DLC. I am not condoning Bungie or Activision that it is okay that their servers go down, it just is what it is.
PS: Please don't come here and threaten to sue... that is just squeaker talk.
