When will he sell it?
Why does xur not sell the gjallorhorn anymore because for some reason he hasnt sold it since just after or before the dark below?

The only time he's sold it was the second week of the base game. There are rumors that it's been taken off of his loot table, but those so far are only rumors. Honestly, we won't know if he's going to sell it again until he does or they officially say he can't. This was the first time Thunderlord was sold, so who knows what will happen next.
