Headshot throwing knives = air horn
An MLG air horn should sound when you get a throwing knife headshot. Right?
While we are at it, I'm all for Mountain Dew advertisements in the tower.

If I can figure out how to post it, I threw a knife on the deck around B on twilight gap and got a headshot on a guy running away towards the big door going to A.
