I hadn't actually seen that he'd asked for questions before having streamed, I'd just seen a load of posts this morning that seemed to be taking him to task for misrepresenting the community which I still think is a bit unfair since he's just one of us, albeit with a bit of a following on YouTube.
I also think people are missing the probability of him having turned up and been told that he was just there to play not for a Q&A session.

Even if he was just there to "play" he has the right to ask questions about the new mechanics, how they work, the new side arm system, will the new modifiers just stay in the prison or will they be added to nightfalls, etc. There's just so much he could have asked, questions they could have actually answered. Unlike with gothalion where he was just asking them things they obviously couldn't.

Of course he could have done, I'm just a touch uncomfortable about the seeming assumption that he had some kind of duty to the community to press for information.

Then why did he ask us to tell him questions to ask? He gave himself the responsibility by asking that, if he hadn't I wouldn't have cared but he did and failed to own up to what was expected.

Still think it's a massive overreaction to what I can't think of as anything more than moderate discourtesy to anyone who thought he'd ask questions for them.
