Clan Communication
I am a new member of this clan however i have been a part of social groups involving video games for a good amount of time. i have seen very good ideas based around in game and out of game communication but i would like to throw an idea of mine out there. ive noticed that if you want to get a group together then you have to actually search the clan/bungie forums or even LFG. I believe there may be an easier way of accomplishing this. Why try to get certain members of the clan together in "groups" according to time zones and arrange the ability to use a social media application considering most people have cellular devices. Like the phone app LINE. It would be a good way for people to stay in touch inside and out of the game, plan raids, talk strategy what not. let me know if anyone thinks this is a good idea. thanks for your time!

3 RepliesHi Clint and welcome to the clan. We are thinking about this a lot. There are a couple of issues were running in to before we want to make that work. One of many is that we don't want to loose focus for the forums. We really like that everybody is involved. That bring me to one other thing that we run in to. We really don't want to have groups within groups. We would like to see a big community that plays together. That's why we capped the amount off clanmembers at 100, so this way we have a big amount, but not to much. But we really like your input and definitely throw this in at our next admin meeting. We are looking for a great app for phones as well and this seems like one. So yeah we are really thinking about this, but for now well keep the forums and the group wall our main priority.
