They dislike him because he basically talked over everyone and was screaming the entire time. I understand it's fun to watch someone having fun, but most people were watching the stream to get information. Information, which was basically not given because of one person screaming and interrupting the other two with nothing more than "OMG THRALL, CLOSE ONE!!!". It doesn't make anyone a bad person for not liking him or being frustrated that they basically had to sit and listen to him scream for an hour in hopes of getting information. I'm sure his 13 - 16 year old fan base will disagree with me though.
-
They dislike him because he's the son of Omnigol and everyone hates the Omnigol strike. Also the phrase, "Silence her screams!"
-
the guy wasn't funny and apparently tries to sound like seth rogan. im trying to pay attention and find out stuff and get blasted by my stereo speakers. I mean shit im trying to watch this while im at work sneaking it and hes getting me busted. dickhead.

i agree. it's cool to be excited. it's less cool to lose self control and scream the entire time and turn your viewers off, and talk over the people trying to do a little explaining. i would have liked more questions, information, and some gameplay in the background. plus, it didn't have to be like 90 minutes of wiping. i feel they had very poor planning going into that. they were using bad weapons almost to try to prove a point (using an auto rifle doesnt prove it's useful, it just makes you the guy who wants it to be good, gimping your damage as a result). i stopped watching near the 1 hour mark because it became unbearable. just my opinion. i said "ok i get it, i'll wait to play it. they clearly aren't answering questions, we're just watching them play something i'm going to be playing soon.."
-
They were all havibg fun. There was not really much to explain other then kill a lot of things. The designer even ended up joining in. Im not pro-broman but im not against him. They were all having fun. Im pretty sure everybody here would be doing the same thing. And dont deny that
-
I wonder if Bungie did a soundcheck, because Broman had a much louder audio input than DeeJ and Matt. Oh well. I enjoyed the stream though.
-
I'm 23 and didn't know about him until today, but good Lord, people need to give him a break. Everyone is so judgmental.
-
Before that stream we had rumors; that was it. AFTER the stream, we have now seen what it is, how it works, the difficulties, how long it could take, some of the variety per round, a couple locations, at least one reward and a few more things spoken in between combat. Anymore and you might not have anything left to find out yourself!

Edited by Clay COCKWIDTH: 5/7/2015 3:39:49 AMIs this guy a developer? Is he an actual professor? Is he one of those guys that sits around playing games in front of a camera on Twitch? I'm very confused. Watched 15 minutes and i wanted to watch more, i really did, but he was OUT OF CONTROL! Dude, nerds get hyped for games and he is a super nerd, that's his deal. Talking/shouting over others is not ok. Children are taught not to do that. He appears to be over 30 so it's not like a hyper teen nerd was in there screaming, this IS an adult by definition. **Maybe he was nervous, i would understand that!. Idk. As a viewer i couldn't take watching it. Muting wasn't viable cause i was interested what the dev had to say and even DeeJ. Maybe they can make a version where only his questions can be heard so i can watch it? ha
-
I only watched about 15 minutes. I wanted to hear the designer talk more about it and what not... Instead I get Broman screaming and just generally interrupting everyone.
-
I was at work when the stream was going on, so I had to listen to what was going on. All I got was an hour of a man screaming over the two level headed commentators.
-
-
-blam!-, accidentally liked you dumbass post
-
Today was an epic fail solely contributed by screamman.
-
I'd be enjoying my first experience ever by screaming and messing around first too then after I get the hang of the map I'll start playing

Edited by GuardianzOfWar : 5/7/2015 2:50:13 AMNormally I like him. Today he was awful. He chocked in the spotlight. Tried entirely to much to be funny. When he's his normal self he's actually alrite to watch and listen to. Honestly think his was overly nervous. That being said...I don't want to see him do this again anytime soon.
-
Yeah... Not a Broman fan. Too much of a stereotypical "Bro".
-
Information? It was self explanatory through gameplay. Questions asked were answered. If Bungie wanted to give anything else away, they would have. The focus of the stream was showing gameplay. You made a complaint on these forums in a more positive manner. I give you that, but it's still a complaint on the Destiny whiner forums.
-
I disagree with generalizing the age range of his fan base but otherwise I completely agree. I have nothing against him in any way, but to say that he didn't interrupt and dilute information that most would argue was the purpose of doing the stream, is crazy. That sentence felt long...
