I think its season 3 of star wars the clone wars idk exactly what episode. But the setting is a clone trooper (i think cody) talking to a geoup of new troops about battle. Thats when he mentions the speed of blaster bolts being almost the speed of light

Just watched episodes 1 and 2 of season 3 (where clone cadets were on Kamino) and there was no mention of blasters speeds
