Is My Vanquisher VIII Good?

I just got a Vanquisher VII form the Nightfall. It has Rangefinder, Counterbalance, Hammer Forged and Field Scout. Is this a good roll? I want to make sure it's worth spending the time to level. Check it out, it's on my Hunter.

Mine has -Reactive reload which is eeehhh -Field scout/ perfect balance -crowd control Perfect pvp or pve weapon :D
