Missing EV-30 Tumbler Sparrow
Downloaded and played with DLC on January 15, midafternoon. I never received my EV-30 Tumbler. Been putting off posting this but does anyone know how I could get this looked at?
I've tried all of the suggestions on the FAQ but nothing has worked.
I have it on PS4 but not on my Xbone (I did both).

1 ReplyThe deadline was January 15th. You can't play on that date and still get the sparrow.

I'm in the same boat, I preordered the collector's edition, played alpha and beta but deployed a week before the games launch. My wife picked up the game from our local gamespot and had it waiting for me when I returned from deployment. I missed out on both the gamestop sparrow as well as the ev-30 tumbler because I was deployed from early sept to early April. It's a shame they put a cap on the availability but, oh well. Such is life.

1 ReplyI've had the pre-order on my xbox one and played it with dlc and season pass installed between those dates and then some, but I still don't have it, lol.

3 RepliesI am sorry, The offer ended at 1am pacific time on January 15th. If you did not receive the sparrow when you purchased the DLC then the purchase must have happened after that time. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12410

On you xbox one did you download it prior to 1am pst on January 15th? Below quote is pulled off the sparrow Faq. [quote] This special offer expired on January 15th, 2015 at 1 AM PST. If you did not install the DLC and login to Destiny from December 9, 2014 to January 15, 2015, your account is not eligible for this item.[/quote]

Edited by ATP: 5/6/2015 12:28:42 AMHello Protonic, While you may have purchased the expansion pass before January 15th, another lesser known requirement is that you must've logged onto destiny with your season pass installed anywhere between November 18th and January 15th. If you were absent during that time period for any reason, you won't receive the sparrow. NOTE: At 1am PST (I believe) on January 15th the offer expired. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12410
