Blink strike plus backstab is not a one shot kill in any situation, it's just from behind, it also uses a melee slot.
Shoulder charge doesn't require the use of a melee slot, and it is a one shot kill from anywhere, in any situation.
You must live in crazy land, either that or you can't see.
