I just turn on field scout before spawn, once you spawn switch back to perfect balance.
But I agree the clip size is pretty small, but then again with Final Round 3 shots is kinda nice.

Because uh... Idk I didn't think of a good reason for this one gimme a sec. Uh, because it takes two shots to kill somebody which is stupid with only 3 bullets so it should only hold 1 bullet and final round should be standard on this gun for everybody so it can be useful. I think I just found a new thread.
