Meh rangefinder. But the other perks are good. A good Timurs would be Spray and play, Explosive rounds (PvP)/Field Scout(PvE), and Crowd Control. I tried to roll that but i ran out of motes :'(

Rangefinder actually brings it up to how it used to be before the nerf to hand cannons, so in a way its good. But yeah, there're better perks no doubt, but it's good enough for Government work.
