The only useful ones are hidden hand, army of one and replenish.
Most of the other perks give up a stat to improve another.
The current perks don't do that, making them much better. Perfect balance, hammer forged, field scout and flared magwell have no negative impact on the gun's stats when used. Neither do counter balance, rodeo, outlaw, persistence, spray and play etc.
I might just stick with my ascended old guns because of the chance of rolling with these shitty perks.
Imagine how many motes you'll go through when these horrible perks are thrown into the mix.
We'll all be fighting to get the old perks on the new vendor guns. You think spending 100 motes in iron banner is bad?
