You don't get my point. Let's say Suros got upgraded from 27-30 to 47-50. With the focused fire perk. Would Suros be able to get off 4-5 shots before the Last Word or Thorn user killed the Suros? If you count the time it takes to fire 4-5 shots, you will find out that the Red Death's ability to get 2 bursts off is faster and TLW's is considerably faster. Although 50 isn't what I want, something along the lines of 42-45 would probably be a bit more balanced. Guaranteeing a 5-6 shot kill rather than a 7-8.
