ARs shouldn't return to their former glory, but they do need a buff. And seriously, what idiot would nerf HCs and PRs? That would make the whole community mad.

I would nerf them plus scout rifles. Right now the game is too easy the average kill time across all weapons should be raised to increase skill. That way battles do not continue to revolve around who is the better head glitcher.

Exactly to that last part, HC's and PR'a are clearly top tier with most exotics being able to kill you within 2+ Headshots. It would only make sense to have AR's melt people in scenarios like this.
