Nah explosive rounds and crowd control on a high inpact hand cannon does massive damage to groups of mobs.

While true I feel the lash is just lacking in the mag size.

I think spray and play is preferred because outlaw relies on headshots which explosive rounds interferes with, while return to sender relies on luck. Spray and pray will always work with an empty mag
