I feel you. The correct rolls and skill makes this gun an OP Pvp weapon.

I use third eye and clown cartridge with the stability tree perk, it lets me get the first shot and keep stability and clown cartridge is just to make up for no outlaw... I couldn't chance the roll after the sights, third eye, and stability showed up.
