This may be a long post but be sure to read it, this may be able to make some changes that are beneficial for once!
Ordinarily I am a good PvP player when everyone is able to deal and resist the same amount of damage with the same exact guns, and then Iron Banner comes along, and well, anyone at level 30 or under knows what I am talking about. The standard damage for a Red Death is 23 standard and 34 critical.
For example, in Iron Banner, I can shoot a level 32 and only do 21/32 while they can just tear me to pieces while only landing body shots. Then I shoot a 29 for 25/36 per shot which is a seemingly low difference, but when it comes to guns like shotguns snipers,Thorn, Hawkmoon and TLW with about a 10% damage buff for hitting players only 1 level below the users, it's no wonder why people are raging about guns that are balanced in standard PvP that become godly in Iron Banner.
A few people might not care about some people at a lower level and wondering why we are unable to compete well in IB, but there is another reason behind that. For those of us that are unable to play a few hours each day, can't find a raid party that takes 30s or 31s (even for VoG) and can't seem to find all of the ascendant materials they need, we are left to die alone. With the new DLC allowing everyone to be level 34, these power balances should be eliminated allowing everyone to be on a level playing field with some work.
If anyone thinks that the new armor leveling or level advantage rebalancing should be enacted instead of weapon nerfs, be sure to like this post to spread the news of an alternative for n-blam!-fing, or comment what else you would think would fix the current IB situation. Don't think I forgot about you 32s, if you want to have a similar but unerfed experience, be sure to do the same as everyone else.

Point of the iron banner is to go all out with your best stuff. Suck it up my best one on Xbox is 29 right now and after one day I'm half way to rank 4. Your argument is invalid
