Field scout for sure. Field scout with outlaw makes Timurs one of the best hand cannons in the game. You can one shot damn near any normal enemy with a crit, like at the Templar confluxes on hard, a lot of times 13 in the mag = 13 dead enemies, even with outlaw it makes a big difference over 7. I ran my old 300 max Timurs with outlaw/field scout/luck constantly back in the day and it got me through. And in pvp the difference is ever more important, a lot of people are all about luck in the chamber so they leave it with 7, but that's such a bad idea, facing two people you're done, with 13 you have a chance.
