Shotgun has range like the felwinters lie and rate of fire and ammo regeneration like the invective. The heavy weapon has a 100 round clip and explodes enemies with precision shots. Also field scout will double the clip and you will never have to reload in the crucible. [spoiler]seriously though, is this what the community really wants? I hope not [/spoiler]
