Favorite final fantasy game
I'd like to hear everyone's favorite final fantasy games. Mine would have to be Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X2

In my opinion; IV, VI, The Tactics series and XII were great.

Sadly, the only one I've played is Echoes in(/of?) Time from the Crystal Chronicles. I had fun with it, but it was my most regrettable video game purchase (when I was young and naive, I sold Need for Speed Carbon, Metroid Prime 3, and some other games and bought Echoes in Time with the store credit).

7 and 9. 8 had a cool story but i didnt like how my party followed me around.

13. Played all the sequels as well. The ending of the trilogy was fantastic and did the main character justice, in my opinion.

6. There might have been better Final Fantasys since then, but six came along at just the right period of my life to become my favourite.

IX is my favorite by far, XIV feels more like older games as far as the environment and such, plus I like MMOs.

1 Reply3 and 5 iirc. The two that had jobs so you could completely customize your characters. 4 (2 on the SNES) had my favorite plot, but that one is dripping with nostalgia for me.

1 Reply7 was the one that got me first hooked so has a special place. I also really enjoyed 8, 9 and 10 though. Think it has really gone down hill since its ditched the whole ATB system though, 13 just didn't feel fun or get me wanting to see the next part of the story.
