Apparently this has been reported before.
Sometimes the trial/demo account can be locked out abruptly.
A friend of mine has a problem with trial/demo causing the same "console incompatible"/chimpaneze problem. Obviously its something to do with the account stored on the bungie server. It cant be fixed at the user end, so they would be happy to start again even if the characters could be deleted !
is there anything that can be done or cant they even see if the would like to play the game at all ?

Is anything being done to fix this? I played the demo on my ps4 at home just to check it out. I was gonna buy the game for ps3 to take on the road with me but wanted to check out how it played on ps3 first. I cant however. I won't be buying a game I am not even sure I will be allowed to play.
