I would say that your hands are tied. Female here with sisters. And I would estimate that there is a 98% that the athletic sister knows how much the artsy sister likes you, and so there is a good chance, if she's a good sister, that she will turn you down. And then the artsy girl will of course find out since they are sisters, which makes you look like an ass. And you may end up losing both of them.
