Seriously, why would anyone ever equip this? Why would you want bonus shoulder charge damage in the air? It is already a OHK in almost all PVP, and you'd be crazy to try it in Trials of Osiris, so it would only maybe work for Iron Banner. And unless we are talking about OHK majors and ultras, why would people ever want this for PVE?
Seriously, unless there is something I'm missing, I'd rather them just not add it so it does not pollute the exotic pool like NLB did :/
Am I missing something?

So you can Tiger Knee opponents
-
The point is obvious. To make ppl create stupid posts on the forums
-
Will kill most everyone in super animation. Which normal shoulder charge won't do. With arc burn & brawler It makes almost everything, including majors and bosses like fallen walker tanks OHK!!
-
the ram can survive one with out peregrine.

Edited by QuiscalusMajor: 9/2/2015 11:47:11 PMbecause with HoW's introduction of the Ram, the Greaves are now necessary to keep Shoulder Charge as a OHKO. we can knock a ram-wearing warlock straight out of their radiant skin. also, shoulder charging a Titan out of their bubble didn't used to be a thing, and now it is. i still remember the first time i did it after reading about it on the forums... it was a Saint-14 wearing bubblebro who'd set up his disco in that little cave-ish area across from the B heavy in Shores of Time. he just stood there as i ran at him and his full overshield, probably thinking i was just another fool about to get owned by his shotty, but then i hopped into the air and kneed his jaw straight into the moss-lined wall at his back. it was a good day. i used to use the Mk.44's all the time in my forays into the crucible, but now i'm all about the greaves. :3
-
Well for starters you can ohk a lot of supercharged enemies...
-
You won't OHK radianced warlocks or bladedancers or people who just got revived. With the greaves you can. Doesn't happen that much but ive seen someone about to be revived so i sprinted up and kneed their face. Style points. Also it boosts your intellect which as always nice.

Fun...
-
counter those pesky ram user's with blink imo
-
Shiggles
-
Arc burn and brawler, 1-hit an imperial colossus >:D
-
You know how many bubble Titans and sunsingers I destroyed with her knees? You don't.
-
I actually like them for quite a few reasons. - Arc burn - Brawler - Melee bounties PvP/PvE - Ram warlocks - Radiance - Arc Blade I wouldn't go as far as calling these boots good, but they are stupid and fun and I'm okay with just that.
-
Because kicking a bladedancer in the teeth is just so satisfying.
-
They one hit anything in super form in the crucible. They also do a lot of damage with arc burn and brawler on. Personally I'll stick to defender and saint 14 though.
-
1 hit an armor of light titan in his bubble. 1 hit a blade dancer

Edited by CozMcKilljoy: 9/2/2015 3:25:11 PMI used it the Nightfall this week, let's see any gun in this game do 32k damage! 27k against majors. They are situational but they do have their uses. However, if you can find a use for the Arachnid... Hats off to you man, and I'm wearing a Fedora. Edit: Has anyone noticed that while wearing these Grieves that when you go airborne that blades come out of your shins? Try running around with a Scorch Cannon sometime!
-
One hit bladedancers, sunsingers...
-
Kneeing Sunsingers in the face when they Rez. That's what they're for.
-
I use them all the time
-
lol op is stupid
-
For shutting down scrubdancers
-
To be mlg clutch and shoulder charge valus
-
Mk44's are way better
-
they would work against the ram seeing they can live through a normal shoulder charge.
