What is the point of Peregrine Greaves?
Seriously, why would anyone ever equip this? Why would you want bonus shoulder charge damage in the air? It is already a OHK in almost all PVP, and you'd be crazy to try it in Trials of Osiris, so it would only maybe work for Iron Banner. And unless we are talking about OHK majors and ultras, why would people ever want this for PVE?
Seriously, unless there is something I'm missing, I'd rather them just not add it so it does not pollute the exotic pool like NLB did :/

3 RepliesAll exotic armour is situational. Just look at the Crest Of Alpha Lupi for the Titan and Hunter. They have been useless exotics, because no body really needs a faster revive time. Now with Trials they will incredibly useful! If the Hunter's Don't Touch Me gauntlets were avaliable before the Dark Below we would have all considered them useless as well, on Crota's End they are more useful than outside of that raid. Sometime in the future there may be a raid or something that the shoulder charge becomes a main strategy and these exotics may be of use.

Well, hopefully they have changed since they were first datamined. Or the damage bonus is -blam!-ing crazy in pve.

2 RepliesWhat if it were enough bonus damage to maybe shoulder charge a Titan out of his bubble and kill him through the overshield? There are times a shoulder charge isn't a ohk. This exotic could make it always a ohk.

3 RepliesJust be glad you guys got an awesome one. Eternal warrior will be really good in PvP. (I forget what the third Titan one is). All three is the hunter ones look like they could be really bad. I'm most excited for the triple jump boots for climbing things while soloing.

3 RepliesThey're as useful as the Mk. 44 Stand Asides. Very situational, but if you're using the shoulder charge as a movement boost, could be useful.

You never know in this game. There could be an enemy that will take a ton of extra damage from an attack like this. Some exotics are sleepers. Some are obvious.
