I applaud to this initiative, think it's great.
The only thing is that, if I was to order the T-shirt, I would have to pay about $40 to get it to Europe. Well sorry, but no. I rather donate the whole amount to an aid organisation so all of that money gets to go to Nepal (or at least most of it).
In another forum post people mentioned that Bungie should sell the shader & emblem separate, so there is no P&P and less costs (so more to go to Nepal). I think that is a great idea and would buy some as soon as they become available.
Who's with me on this one?
EDIT0: Of course, when you really want to help, donate through a charity organisation like the ones below. I don't mean to say that this is the best/only way to support those in Nepal.
EDIT: Like GbrownBear said: share some links

EDIT2:
If you just want to donate, try for example: https://www.redcross.org/combined-donate?donationProdId=prod9150029&campname=donateNepalEarthquake&campmedium=aspot_dis16
And, like xrayjosh said, there are more:
Domestically Salvation Army
Save the Children
Oxfam
Global Giving
EDIT3:
Some more thx to xrayjosh, and I quote:

Here's a link that has some good charities actively participating in the earthquake striken area:

They all look good and i've heard of all but one personally
