If evolution is true, it is not random, but specifically aimed at a function of life that needs improving. Accordingly, life is not an RNG.

If everything were based on strict, rational laws, there would be no need for science. DNA, over millions if years, is unstable. Errors that occur during replication are not always corrected by enzymes inside a cell.
