Evolution is a theory. A theory that has been challenged every day for well over 100 years. In till the theory is disproven the theory stands. It's called the scientific process.

I'm still going to point out that whoever this person is (not you) pointed to the fact that he stated gravity was a theory. I know that's not true, you know that's not true, everyone who has ever been on Earth knows that's not true. So why would you even have an issue with this?
