Gunsmith from 12 am to 3 am central today only!
Gunsmith is selling a scout rifle that has a shoot to loot WITH explosive rounds perks. This would be (perhaps) the only time he will sell it, like the G-horn. Totally worth buying if you dont have a sniper or scout rifle with those perks!
