Long before the Dark Below, I acquired an armor set known as, Dustwalker, for my Hunter. I got very attached to this armor, something about it just spoke to me, like it was my destined armor for the game. Then came the Dark Below, everyone was wanting to get to the max light level including myself, so to start off that process I bought some new vanguard armor, Jackknife, I also took a liking to this armor, mainly because the fact that it was new, and it had my name in it, Jack, so it replaced my Dustwalker armor set, each piece one by one. First, the gauntlets, then the legs. All that remained was the chest piece and the helmet. Then I attempted Crota's End... and achieved the raid chest piece. This replaced my Dustwalker chest piece. Now, all that remained was the helmet, my favorite piece of the Dustwalker armor. After many more attempts at Crota's End, I came to the conclusion that I would need a better helmet to survive the raid. So I bought a Jackknife helmet. Along with buying this helmet, I also got the raid gauntlets and legs. My Dustwalker armor was then obsolete because of my new raid and vanguard armor, and I dismantled the set, such a fool I was. And that was the end of my Dustwalker armor. Now House of Wolves is coming out and all legendary armor can get you to max level now. Being level 34 with my favorite armor in the game would be my Destiny dream but the only thing that remains is my Dustwalker cloak. Hopefully once House of Wolves arrives, I have some way of retaining my long lost armor, and reclaim the title of Dustwalker.
