It's COMPLETELY random. I got mine from my second ever legendary engram when I was level 25, never been that lucky since and likely never will be.

1st - joined a game of clash with 30 seconds left, got one kill and game ended. Got gjallarhorn. (Last October) 2nd - crotas end first chest (before it moved to death singer) 3rd - same chest as my second (same week too) 4th - crota drop 5th - iron banner last time around, for actually being the best around.
