*In a room down the corridor, freddy sleeps soundly... undisturbed.....* *but a nightmare came over him... one that he has never experienced before* (THE MUSIC STARTS) *The sky is darkened like the night, cloudy, and raining... Freddy and 14 other EG soldiers hurried down a hallway, shell impacts go off from afar, they burst into a room, from the looks of it they could be on the 5th or 6th floor of the building* Freddy: get eyes on the forces to the east, i want all enemy movement tracked and scanned... keep an eye on that door! *Down below, Elite guard run past, and begin setting up turrets around the perimeter, a couple guards ahead run from the gates half a mile away... the gates burst open and Dread pour in... Bots and guards fire at the enemy, trying to fend them off and prevent them from getting any closer to the building* Sgt: sir, they've breach the gates.. Freddy: Carlson, how long til doomsday? Carlson: ETA 10 minutes... *down below, the dread storm the line of defense... they ripped bots to shreds and tore apart soldiers and guards... screams echoed the streets along with gunfire... off in a distance and a large python fights back the dread in another section of the city... thunder crackles and booms... gunfire and shells echo through the night...shrieks of the dread echo through the darkness... alas, the Line of protection gave way and the dread poured into the building* Capt: Sir, they're in the building... Freddy: dont just stand there! barricade the doors! *the soldiers begin barricading the door with everything they could find* *on the first floor, the dread broke the glass and rushed the guards inside.. they tore them apart, organs and gore are flung everywhere and the screams of the men are drowned in the dread's shrieks of pleasure, they tear through the elevator shaft and flood upward* Carlson: Almost done.. 1 minute remaining... Freddy: When ready... fire at the hives core... *From outside the doors, gunfire, screams, and shrieks are heard, the soldiers inside ready themselves, the door bangs* Freddy: CARLSON! Carlson: Aaaaaalmost DONE!! Freddy: FIRE THE DAMN MISSILE!!! *carlson slams a large red button on the side encased in glass, a siren is heard throughout the city* *a heli hovers outside the large window in the room, the heli door is flung open and the glass is shattered, the soldiers pile in the heli, only freddy and another remain in the room* Freddy: another one will come to pick us up *the heli door closes and it lifts off, the door in the room pounds again, shrieks are heard behind them* ???: Dad... Freddy: what is it son... ???: Im sorry.. *freddy looks at his son* Freddy: sorry for what? ???: I could have trained better and I could have stopped all of this from happening... *A bright light is seen and a large missile lifts off into the dark sky, dropships and cargo ships lift off to retreat to a safe area* Freddy: its not your fault... your mother and I are always proud of the man you've become.. *A heli arrives and the door gives way a little* Freddy: go... ???: bu- *the door is halfway opened now, the heli door props open* Freddy: GO NOW! *Freddy grabs his son and throws him on the heli, the heli door close and freddy's son looks out the door in horror, the doors give way and freddy swivels around and open fires* ???: NOOOOO!!!! *Freddys son sees a last glimpse of freddy, seeing him hold a detonator in his hands, the building explodes into a rather large destructive cloud of flames, flaming bodies of the dread fly out the windows and hit the ground. one by one the floors exploded and before the last floor could explode* Comms: son... I love you... never forget that... *the last floor explodes and and comms go silent* *freddy wakes up with a start and looks around wildly* wha- hu- w-where am I? *a medic walks in and prepares a scan, shane walks in as well* *freddy stares at shane* I guess they finally unlocked the secret for my handsomeness... Shane: Hello Grandfather... *freddy sat there staring into the eyes of shane bewildered*
