so bought the mass effect 1 and me2 deluxe today on steam for less than $10 because whynot. EA being the evil empire, decided to strip all DLC from the steam store when thy made the games on pc. you need an origin account to buy it separately from the bioware site with bioware spacebuck(not real money)s. should i do it? i've heard a lot of things about how origin and securom act like spyware/rootkits and actively spy/monitor everything. plus i wanted to be able to mod since they have no mp modes.. and i don't want to rebuy the games for a new platform....
