Lmao I've finished them. They take a few tries no doubt but I'd still say souls games are harder. At least the first few tries.
Keep a shield up and watch the patterns before you make yourself vulnerable.
Not exaggerating, I fought every boss in the first dark souls and only died more than once on four of them.
Bloodborne actually felt challenging, like it demanded skill instead of just common sense.

See personally I felt like almost every boss in bloodborne had such an easy cheese... And the ones that didn't have a cheese were basic. Being able to parry or stun all the bosses make it really easy to me. Just parry of hit a bosses sweet spot, plus healing is way more abundant

You can cheese, but then that isn't really fighting them as intended and kind of messes up the assessment. Dis you look up stuff or play blind? Because some of the cheeses are pretty obscure.

No I mean for example, Cleric beast? Just stay on his weak arm and he's basically dead. Ebrietas? You literally just stay behind her Matyr? You can just parry. I shouldn't say cheeses so much as basic techniques.

Ebrietas doesn't work like that on NG+, tried that again because it was easy as shit on NG. On + i had to drop back and be a little smarter.
