If going solo, whiskey and pizza. If raiding (or multiplayer PvE in general), beer and a good Reuben. Raiding requires the ability to quickly manage actions while laying the hurt. Going solo almost necessitates slow, deliberate actions. The Reuben aids multi play by being quick-actionable and the beer won't bite you if chugging is incited. Whiskey and pizza (especially good whiskey and pizza) demand patience and will stabilize any twitch movements. ...or at least this is my standard weekend load out. To each their own.
