Mortal Kombat X has killed Destiny
As if destiny wasnt already dying, mortal kombat x has pretty put the nails on the coffin. Bungie probably having a funeral right now. MKX has way better multiplayer that takes skill. Destiny doesn't even have professional tournaments, mortal kombat had a tournament right when it came out lol. Also MKX actually has a cool story line unlike destiny. Destiny has almost 2 expansions coming out and it still feels like an unfinished game. Also i would say something about the ps4 master race but nether realm studios let the xbots have mkx which is cool, they needed a good game for once since bloodborne came out. Anyone that plays destiny is a scrub and all I have to say now is GG as in Get good nerds.

People are playing other game cause there's nothing left to do on destiny not because the games bad when house of wolves comes out the numbers will shift back away from mkx back to destiny then eventually they will leave destiny again until next expansion. But when house of wolves gets boring I'll bet u anything they won't shift back to mkx. They will go to some other game. Bottem line destiny is unfinished but it's not a 50 hours top game then quit and never pick back up like mkx.

A game night sorta thing) the tournament was for fun and a 65$ Gamestop giftcard. I won the tournament, easy, against a bunch of hardcore MK players. So, the "Skill" factor doesn't exist. Skill is gained through experience, I have no Mortal Kombat experience, and I won against alot who do. Destiny is an unfinished game. Because they have alot to add, which is good because there will be more fun from Destiny. Bloodborne wasn't a good game anyways. So, therefore.. all of your points.. are terrible. MKX gets very boring. And Bloodborne sucked. Besides. You must only hate destiny because you suck at it.

Its to hard i bought it for my son he says same. I like the story but its a 1timer. Everyone i talked to traded it in already. Mines just gonna collect dust. I got a mk3u arcade machine. It never gets turned off huge replay.

Why? They're two different genres, and two different styles of games? I love MKX, but destiny is still an amazing game for me. I don't what your into, but put it on one of the other forums that isn't for the destiny. Sorry, but ya gotta take that booty trash somewhere else.

I have mkx and I last played Destiny. Both great games but mkx is a hour here and there kind of game. Destiny is a 1400 hour kind of game.

1 ReplyI don't really say it killed Destiny..... I don't really compare two games that are different in genres so I can't really say... Maybe Tom Clancy's The Division might kill Destiny if it lives to the hype but I for one will still be playing Destiny no matter what

lol, the games are two completely different genres for a start. Also how many posts like this have we had claiming that x,y or z game is going to kill Destiny yet it is still going. Sure there will be a slump in players while they wait for HoW and play other games but people clearly enjoy this game. I think the only thing that could be an issue was the poor decision on Bungies part to release HoW on the same day as The Witcher 3, seeing as The Witcher series has gathered a big following.
