Just finished this bounty after letting it sit on my Titan since week 3. I have only test-driven Thorn for a patrol before going to bed, but it seemed to me that my move speed increased with it equipped. Was I just sleepy and giddy from earning this cannon, or does Thorn have a hidden perk that works like Lightweight?
