What are the odds?

What are the odds against my last 17 legendry engrams being decoded into ascendant materials? Is anyone actually getting legendry gear or has someone been tweaking RNGesus's nipples,again?

All I've ever gotten from legendary engram is the sniper rifle LDR 5001. Every other legendary is from either the raid or the vendors.
