Telling me to watch that documentary has little to nothing to answer our argument about the "100,000" extra soldiers. US already pretty much won the Pacific war since the fall of Germany and Japan knew their lost is inevitable. US don't even need a land invasion they just keep bombing all Japanese military bases when Japan's air force already been eliminated. With the pending soviet declaring war on Japan and the Nukes that "100,000" soldiers has nothing to do with it. You could have just say the Allies just want to save lives on their side and let the Russians do all the work for revenge. This argument drag out longer than it suppose to be.
