God forbid we show some pride in our country. People will always think we're being ignorant. Any other country does it and it's patriotism.

You show pride in your country by demanding an international gaming community to be forced to use your flag in their game? One thing is if you are playing as an american soldier, then i have no problem with that.

At no point did the OP demand anything. He took a poll and asked opinions. He's also asked for a skin that's optional. We aren't the problem most of the time anymore. When we ask, you all seem to assume that we are demanding. You generalize us all and throw out any chance of a polite encounter by being aggressive towards us when supposedly we are the aggressive ones.

ok, let me rephrase that: "You show pride in your country by asking that a game who shows an unified human race fighting for survival gets a skin that marks someone/something as part of a country that doesnt even exist. Also it has to be smack down in what its considered the most powerful weapon in the game." Notice that Op did not ask for skins of every country for any weapons: just the USA one for the most powerful rocket launcher in the game. And I havent got a problem with the US. I bloody well enjoy their food, games, movies, books and technology.

He said add USA skin specifically to what he (and most of us) believes to be the best weapon of the game. Had he said skins for countries for any/most weapons this would have been different.

Yes, but asking for the most coveted weapon in the game to be American themed is just plain stupid. It doesn't even have any connection to the weapon's lore.

It's not supposed to connect to the lore. It's supposed to appeal to the user's eyes. I think adding skins would be great, and an American flag one would be cool. Also think they should add other flags too

fair enough, personally i'm fine with the color design of nearly every weapon as it is. But i can understand the appeal of customizing gun skins. It would be a bit odd for most exotic weapons though.
