Would you please use your super, and make orbs on roc strikes?
It is not a hard raid. You will get revived if you die.
I played 3 strikes with a sunsinger using heart of praxis fire, not even once did he activate his super. Unless he died.. Why do you use that armor then!?
It is rare to see a sunsinger spamming nades all over the place.

Thanks for the input, I'll gen orbs for whoever happens to be in my strike :)

Edited by Metroid: 4/27/2015 9:37:19 AMI run voidwalker during roc strikes, but if I was running sunsinger I would go with radiant skin all the way. There's nothing to lose if you die in a roc strike

Edited by Rokon: 4/27/2015 10:07:26 AMTelling people when to use their Supers. On ROC Strikes.
-
Can't stand when people don't use it. You can drop so many orbs on RoC strikes using it and orb fest strikes are the best!
-
This could really go out to majority of people on ROC strikes. It's so annoying. I think I've had one solid group that used a consistent amount of supers and that was just in last weeks weekly heroic.
-
Edited by NathanW18: 4/27/2015 9:35:12 AMI also can't understand why people use self res in the strike playlist. It's so pointless. It's only understandable in hard raids and nightfalls. Voidwalker and Obsidian Mind is where it's at. It's also not just Sunsingers that refuse to use their supers. I've seen players using every sub class not doing so. I don't understand why.
-
I never use revives in pve. If I'm wearing HoPF, grenades and supers = go. Unlucky with randoms I guess.....
-
Agreed. I main a warlock and whenever I'm doing roc strikes I use my radiance as much as possible and I use radiant skin
-
Orbs for roc strikes......lol
-
Edited by Kardain: 4/27/2015 7:14:46 AMNo Because I frequently get paired with people who think it is a good idea to melee phogoth/aksor/that pack of cursed thrall/Phalanx/the tank/exploding barrels.... Shall I continue?
-
I was playing like this before, now i disable the self resurection to have the bonus shield. It's much more fun to use it like that, than keeping it in case of death. It's also true in crucible.
-
If a warlock is running Roc and isn't using voidwalker with Obsidian mind they are either new or they are doing it wrong.
-
Sunsinger on ROC strike?. There is your first problem...
-
That moment when i voidwalker
-
If I have a full super my favorite thing is a wave of adds... I can dump so many orbs from my dozen or so grenades, that if I have two cooperative teammates I'm looking at enough orbs for 2 more supers.
-
It's not like those strikes need supers to conquer to be fair. They're pretty easy.
-
My friend join my game I will make you plenty of orbs sun singer should be loving the sun and spamming those granades my point of view is take of self res and have make yourself tougher what's the point in roc strikes and more to the point you shouldn't be dieing if you do you can get revived straight away only use self res in nightfalls and raids
-
I usually use solar nades to clear out enemy spawns and fusions with the burn damage on bosses
-
I use it a lot. I'd use it more often if my fireteam was aware of the fact that I had put on Song of Flame for them but whatever. :/ I just go Voidwalker now. Bad Juju + Obsidian Mind = No mans land.
-
I try to do this this as much as possible. I was running the black garden roc strike and where all those minatours came out I pooped my super with the sword breaker next thing ik the other warlock was a void walker and a nova bomb flys past my head and the Titan super smashed and saved me and by that time I had super. Needless to say we rocked suppers thought out the rest of the strike in perfect harmony. Fire big ass bomb and hulk smash lol
-
Yeah I use Radiant skin outside of Nightfalls and Raids, to use the super offensively instead
-
Edited by Bye Felicia: 4/27/2015 6:10:38 AMI didn't realize people do this. I'm currently leveling up my sunsinger, just made it to fireborn but I doubt I'll ever use it for roc.. lol Edit: wait jk, maybe I can finally run the super aggressive playstyle my titan could never handle.
-
I often forget that I don't need to save my super in ROC strikes. I usually run voidwalker for regular strikes anyway.
-
I see this all the time.. Especially annoying when they have glowhoo shader. Anyone who has run hard crota should understand orbs.
-
I run void walker in strikes. Much more fun
-
I orb it up on ROC. Orbs for everyone!
