TO CLARIFY: this ISNT asking what's the better game, or what is more addicting, I'm asking who would win in a all out war, who has better weaponry, fighting, leaders, etc
A lot of these kind of polls have been popping up so I decided to make one. Which would you choose?
Edit:brought this to destiny topic
Edit:Weird, all responses say borderlands, but the votes say otherwise... If you vote destiny please say why
Edit: Do not count unknown power in destiny, like the actual darkness. Just the things we know

It's the whole entire universes Destiny has: All of the guardians The traveler and ghosts Hive, vex, fallen and cabal All the strike bosses And all of the raid bosses Borderlands has: All of the bandits in the universe All Hyperion personnel and loaders in the universe All the skags, rakks, crystaliks and many more creatures in the universe All of the sirens in the universe All of the vault hunters in the universe And the big one all raid bosses in the universe Crawmerax, the ancient Dragons, pyro Pete, the warrior and many more all on one team All of these forces combined would absolutely destroy the destiny universe
-
Just phaselock alone would be an advantage against the Destiny Universe.

Edited by SloppyNDirty: 4/29/2015 11:24:20 AMObviously destiny is going to win you posted this on the destiny forums But borderlands would win
-
I can shamfleet the -blam!- out of atheon and crota and have zer0 take relic for both of those. Maya can revive instantly. Krieg would bloodsplode the -blam!- out of every mob in the universe. And then, in case you guys voting for destiny wanna pull some trump card, I'll just say, Voracidous is a thing. Good luck to anyone who even tries against him.
-
Have to say the destiny universe. While borderlands has the resistance and all that, the guardian fighting force seems larger and more powerful. Also, time/dimension traveling robots.
-
Borderlands has Norfleet Destiny has Gjallarhorn Norfleet VS Gjallarhorn = cluster-blam!-
-
Destiny would probably win due to the simple fact that unlike in Borderlands, Guardians can actually jump higher than 12 inches off the ground.
-
Obviously Borderlands. Terramorphous *ahem* *ahem*

Edited by Meatball: 4/29/2015 7:18:23 AMBiased pole is biased for a real unbiased pole this should have started in #Gaming also Borderlands because of many reasons, ill list why tomorrow
-
Raw weaponry borderlands, if you include the amount of spage magic unexplainable bullshit that comes with the traveller then probably destiny
-
The darkness! Even the light cannot defeat it! But it can be slowed. With lots of explosions.
-
Ghost can run out of light eventually.......the clone-o-matic can revive over and over again and the borderlands guns are rediculous and can have infinite ammo. So i am going borderlands for this one.
-
Salvador + Ashton(commando) + Zero = unbeatable
-
I love Borderlands, but its more off a comedic universe from what I see, nothing is taken seriously and everyone is sarcastic much of the time. Destiny is more mysterious, and I just love a good mystery.
-
I think a Destiny forum is slightly bias. Maybe.
-
The truth is, they are both shallow and shitty. You look at the universe of the Souls series and its not even comparable to the POS in Destiny or BL.
-
They're both excellent, but the lore of borderlands is so good. Destiny has a lot of splainin to do. I'm sure they'll get there
-
If you voted Destiny bosses, you've never met Pyro Pete, Hyperious, or Gee the Invincible. IMO, true boss fights! Unless you're good and running Zero with bore, or Salvador with Grog Nozzle. In that case, every boss is cake! Lol.
-
I'm pretty sure all the invincible's would kick the darkness's ass.. Like pyro Pete could kill all the bosses in the game and still have a full shield
-
Borderlands is funnier. Butt Stallion

If Borderlands 2 supported a raid like Destiny had, I'm pretty sure it would knock it out the ball park of Destiny. The only reason why anyone continues to play Destiny is either for the raids, or crucible. I started on Borderlands 2 and it was and still is an amazing game. Being able to upgrade your unique character to the way you want, be it a midget dual wielding guns, a Tattoo lady (Siren class) who can lift people in the air telepathically and apply multiple elemental effects, a mysterious robot that can go invisible and deals heavy melee damage and lots of sniper buffs, a commando who throws a turret for a lot of damage (can't say much about him as I don't like his class), a teenager who chopped off her own left arm entirely just so she can control a murderous robot of her own creation (my favorite class!) or a bonified Psychopath who loves to say unnecessary things such as nipple salads, and a constant yern to ride on a meat bicycle (he also is the melee build for the game) borderlands 2 has it all. All Destiny has is a bubble, area of effect suppers, golden gun, and blade dancer. Borderlands 2 did character custimazation the way it needs to be, plus, the gameplay is very fun and the dialogue is the best I've heard from a first person shooter! Destiny only does Raids correct, now imagine if Borderlands has raids, the game feels empty in comparison to Destiny Ailey because we have experienced raids. Beyond that, Borderlands 2 is far better than Destiny

Both sides can be revived unlimited times... no one would win
-
UNKEMPT HARELD DOE
-
Borderlands because butt stallion
-
Destiny is still in its early stages so I'm going with destiny on this one.
-
Borderlands actually has a universe. Destiny, despite being 3 planets and the moon, is such a small area. So as far as "which universe is better" borderlands has the advantage.
