That writing in the image could be easily faked by anyone with a pen and paper, sorry but I wouldn't count it as credible. If there were more distinguishing marks or evidence this came from Bungie/DeeJ then I might give it more consideration
Besides the DLC content was subject to change, you also agree to these terms when you purchase(d) the DLC as well as accepting the EULA allowing you to play the game. Someone also created a whole post asking if there was any ground for this - https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/117515729/0/0

It doesn't change the point I'm making. There isn't enough evidence, the notes just too fake-able, and the content was/is subject to change... They did say there's going to be a raid later this year as well. PoE sounds like a good idea and in the reveal stream they said it's the raid equivalent (but I'll still hold judgement on that till it's reveal) And how does everyone know he does that?
