Question: I have 3 characters 30+, I have only done all dark below missions on my hunter. Now do you have to complete dark below on character for said character to be able to do how missions?

Just like in TDB where you have to go through the Eris story Missions to unlock the TDB missions, you'll have to do the same in HoW. You can however get invited directly to DLC missions without doing the DLC story.

Don't think so:It is dlc so no one is really implementing a story that you HAVE to go through
