Maybe they are making sure it's less buggy than the previous raids they released? Maybe they are making it better? Maybe it's bigger than the previous raids and there is still somore more work to be done?
Have you ever asked yourself those questions or any question at all pertaining to improving things? My guess is that you have not.

It will be a new raid that goes with the upcoming DLC, but there are improvements that need to be made? So why not be patient?
